Our Story

CanadianExperience

New Castle’s 25-year history acquiring, developing, and operating premier Canadian hotel properties began in 1995 with the purchase of the Nova Scotian Hotel as part of an overall expansion strategy. With a steady, streamlined, and pragmatic approach to growth, New Castle has continued to build its portfolio in Canada to include six hotels, comprising over 1,000 rooms.
Aligned with the portfolio development strategy has been a commitment to establish a dynamic and well-versed executive team representing a variety of professional disciplines including finance, sales & marketing, e-commerce, and human resources.
This team of experts has been able to efficiently take on the challenge of embracing properties requiring either significant renovations or top-line focus and turning them into viable and prosperous hotels & resorts.
